I have been in general practice since 1972 working with various firms up until 1987. In 1988 I started my own practice and gained experience in a wide variety of clients in different fields.

I specialise in dealing with off-shore companies who invest in properties in the UK.

In respect of that I deal with incorporation of off-shore companies to managing the UK properties and dealing with all taxation matters arising thereon.

Mahendra Pattni FCA

I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1979 and am now a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA) . After qualifying I joined Robson Rhodes, a 1000 strong accounting and advisory practice which merged with Grant Thornton in 2007.

Originally I trained as an auditor working in specialised financial advisory services, particularly for UK companies in corporate finance, working on many forms of transactions including MBOs and Venture Capital fund raising for SME’s.

I held various supervisory and management roles including PA to London managing partner and becoming Senior Manager dealing with small to medium size enterprises.

I set up my practice as a Sole Practitioner in 1991 and have overs the years worked for a variety of client providing accountancy, auditing. taxation and business advisory services.
